Returns Policy


If you changed your mind and you want to return then you have 7 working days for applying the return. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on Www.allkilts.com for return or exchange.

Please before send us back you must have to contact us via email (Sales@allkilts.com). Our Support team will contact you in 24 working hours and they will give their best to solve your problem.

When you starting returned us please dont forget to writing the full detail of the return reason.
Note for Returns:

i. Product must be in Proper Original Packaging.
ii. The condition of product would be same as new with tags if any.
iii. Buyers must return goods within 30 days of receiving the order.
iv. We only accept through insured courier over the world.
v. Buyer is responsibility to ensure any returned goods reach us in satisfactory condition.
vi. Please ensure that all bags/tags/labels untorn and still attached.
vii. We work hard to ensure the goods reach you in great condition so would really appreciate you returning the favor.
viii. Buyers returning goods must clearly state on the outside of the package and on any customs documentation that the goods are 'Returned Goods' to allow them to clear customs without generating additional charges.
ix. All custom made, Special orders are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.

Refunding Process:

i. All the Refunds would be processed within 7 days once the product received.
ii. Refund will be made in the account through you originally paid.
iii. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
